Register your company as a trader or carrier

Get your company registered with the Trader Support Service to submit customs declarations for goods moving between Great Britian and Northern Ireland. To register you must:

• Be authorised to register your company for customs services
• Have your company details including address and contact information
• Have your company’s EORI number
• Understand your company’s trading patterns between Great Britain and Northern Ireland

It is free to register your company with TSS. It takes about 15-20 minutes to complete the registration process, if you have all the information available.

Before you start

You will need:

• Your personal contact details (name, email, contact number)
• Company information (name, address, VAT number if applicable)
• EORI number
• Information about your customs authorisations
• Details about the types of goods you move and trading patterns

The first person to register a company becomes the administrator for the TSS account. This can be changed anytime in the “company profile” after 2 or more users are registered to the company account.

After you apply, TSS will process your registration and send a confirmation email. You will receive login details and a unique company registration code that can be shared with colleagues who needs access.

If you are joining an existing company

If your company is already registered with TSS:

• Use the Register as an additional user option instead
• You will need your company’s TSS registration code
• Contact your company’s TSS administrator for this information
